While my responsibilities spanned various domains, my impact was particularly notable in the realm of create and solutions UI. Inheriting this project, I aimed to revamp the interface for enhanced user experience and modernity. Given its significance in user interaction—whether creating surveys from scratch or utilizing templates—it was imperative that the prototypes underwent rigorous testing to simulate real-world scenarios. Post-testing, I meticulously documented user feedback, informing future design iterations and product roadmap planning. The redesign of the Create UI remains an ongoing effort, one that I take great pride in, especially considering the fidelity of the prototypes to the eventual live site.

My experience at Qualtrics was great, being apart of the earlier team before the recent huge growth time I had the chance to see and be involved in the design process of a good amount of the product. From wireframes and mocks to prototypes and user tests before launch.
Overview
A significant portion of my focus was dedicated to crafting the mobile application. Starting essentially from scratch, I spearheaded the development of the "Magic Link" sign-in process, a challenging endeavor due to security considerations post-acquisition. Transforming complex desktop dashboards into a mobile-friendly format posed another intriguing challenge, one that I tackled by collaborating closely with engineers in Krakow, Poland. Leveraging tools like Sketch and later transitioning to Figma, I created wireframes, mockups, and prototypes that not only guided development but also underwent preliminary user testing. Currently, my designs are integrated into the app, with upcoming "Northstar" designs poised to incorporate additional features like ticketing creation and maintenance.
